Biography: Stuart J. Lieberman, Esq.

Stuart J. Lieberman, Esq. is an attorney who writes about environmental issues. He was a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey, assigned to the Department of Environmental Protection from 1986 to 1990. Currently, he is a shareholder in the law firm of Lieberman & Blecher, P.C., located in Princeton, New Jersey, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of environmental law, land use, and litigation.

He has been writing a syndicated weekly column since 1996 for Realty Times and is a frequent lecturer and moderator for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE), a company that provides continuing legal education to the New Jersey legal community.

In addition, Stuart and his partner frequently write articles for various local publications, including the New Jersey Conference of Mayors and New Jersey Law Journal.
