Protecting Your Lungs
- Work in a ventilated space and follow manufacturers' instructions.

- If you use a vacuum cleaner to clean your work place, clean the filter regularly and ensure the filter is appropriate for what you are cleaning — otherwise, you may collect only the large particles, forcing the smaller ones into the air.

- Wear a dust mask that is appropriate for the work you are planning.

- If the work involves chemicals (paints, adhesives, epoxies etc.), buy a mask specifically suitable for chemicals.
